Rear Bars
The Thorburns 75/78 and 76 series Troopcarrier Rear Bars are one of the only rear bar systems to offer full rear quarter protection. Made from 3mm mild steel, they a strong and sturdy platform for carrying spare wheels and jerry cans. Available in a number of formats the features include:
Full rear quarter panel protection with integrated Hi-lift jacking points
Truck style over centre catches
LED tail lights with spot beam reverse lights
Integrated recovery points made from high tensile GR350 10mm mild steel
Aluminium tread plate panel
Gas struts on arms to prevent swing back
Powder coated in black
The Thorburn’s Rear Bar is also one of the only wheel carriers on the market that allows fitment of two 35 inch tyres.These bars are renowned for their structure and quality.

Made from 3mm Aluminium, this is a great storage solution to house 2 jerry cans. With easy mounting points and places to secure a strap this will keep your jerry cans snug during any trip. With flush mounting as a standard they can easily be mounted to any flat surface keeping your jerry cans safe and secure.

This is a bolt-on solution for a small BBQ to add to your rear bar, designed to fit a Webber Baby Q or similar sized cooker.
This bolts directly onto the Thorburn’s Rear Bar Accessory arm, or could be easily adapted to fit other makes and models.
Great for carrying your BBQ on the outside of your car rather than in the cab. Can also be used for other purposes such as spares or firewood.
It is lockable with a small padlock (not supplied), and you can strap items to the top of the box if you wish, as long as you adhere to the weight limit of the box as outlined below.
